FreePost® inkjet canvas is waterproof woven fabric for fine-art and decorative prints. The range covers a 240gsm polyester canvas (C240CW1) and two 100% cotton canvases at 260gsm (C260CW4) and 340gsm (C340CW4, yellow base). All three take water-based dye and pigment inks plus eco-solvent, UV and latex, in roll widths from 0.432 m to 1.52 m.

How the coating locks in ink — and dries fast

A water-resistant inkjet coating on woven polyester or 100% cotton canvas — the fabric tooth holds ink for gallery-wrap and fine-art prints, with a matte, immediately-dry surface.

FreePost® inkjet canvas is waterproof woven fabric for fine-art prints, gallery wraps and interior decorative paintings. Three models cover a 240gsm polyester canvas (C240CW1) and 100% cotton canvases at 260gsm (C260CW4) and 340gsm (C340CW4, yellow base), all with a matte, immediately-dry coating.

Q2Which printers and inks does FreePost® canvas support?

All three canvas models print with water-based dye and pigment inks, and also take eco-solvent, UV and latex. Print temperature should stay at or below 50℃ (122℉). Rolls are supplied in widths from 0.432 m to 1.52 m, in 18 m or 30 m lengths.

Q3What is the difference between C240CW1, C260CW4 and C340CW4?

C240CW1 is a 240gsm polyester (oil-painting) canvas woven from 600D×600D yarn, 350±20 μm thick. C260CW4 and C340CW4 are 100% cotton canvases woven from 16+16+12 cotton yarn — 260gsm / 460±25 μm and 340gsm / 550±30 μm respectively. C340CW4 has a yellow base and a slightly lower brightness rating than the two white-base models.
