Wide-format media specialist Innotech will partner with China Print Supplies (CPS) at this year’s Sign Show, to highlight its print technology.

The first-time collaboration will see Innotech’s media run on CPS’ range of UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers, with the intention to highlight print quality and versatility of both the machines and the media.

Visitors will be able to see samples and live demonstrations at both companies’ stands, S220 and S420, at the signage event, which is taking place late September, co-located with The Print Show.

Scott Clutton, managing director of Oswestry-based CPS said: “Working with Innotech gives us the chance to really showcase what our printers are capable of.

“Their media is some of the best on the market and running it through our machines on the stand lets visitors see the true print quality for themselves, rather than just taking our word for it.

“Like our partnership announcement with Fujifilm, this is about aligning ourselves with quality brands and giving our customers confidence in every part of the solution we offer.”

Fujifilm Ink recently strengthened its partnership with CPS, by becoming the recognised ink supplier for the company’s range of Dlican UV printing systems.

Kit on show at the CPS Sign Show stand will include the GZ HB18UV-Pro UV hybrid printer, GZ ThunderJet roll-to-roll printer and Dlican DLI-3325 flatbed, among others.

The company is offering customers who buy a 3.2m wide or larger machine at the show a £1,000 print materials voucher to spend on Innotech media within six months.

Headquartered in Leicester, Innotech holds over three million square metres of print media stock.

Kieran Dallow, head of CX and marketing at Innotech, commented: “We are an independent roll-to-roll media supplier with no allegiance to any printer technology or manufacturer.

“We can choose the machines we work with, and we’re excited to work with CPS to demonstrate our media across a variety of technologies, including their groundbreaking double-sided printing solutions, and show what’s possible when the right media and hardware come together.

“It is important for us to show how well our products work on a broad range of machines, and we are looking forward to showing all of this at The Sign Show.”

This latest collaboration is the first time the companies have joined forces and marks the start of a continued collaboration after the show, CPS marketing manager, Jack Wright added to Printweek.
